Even if you have already instructed an estate agent, you can still advertise privately. Property Broker is not an estate agent. The Internet has made selling your own home easier than you ever thought possible.
- Property details; can be entered online, sent to us by e-mail, or given over the telephone to one of our staff who can help you. There is no limit to the amount of description you can provide, but you might like to look at examples already on the site to give you some ideas.
- Photography; we will contact you to arrange photographs. This is a complimentary part of the service and nearly all of the photographs on the site were taken by us using the latest digital cameras. If you prefer you can send us pictures of your property by post or e-mail*.
- 'Private Sale' board; at the same time as taking pictures of your home, the photographer can erect the optional board at no extra cost. The enquiries arising from the board are handled by our staff. Click here to see an example of the board*.
- Payment; The only cost for the entire service is £134 including VAT. There is no commission to pay when you sell. Payment can be made by credit or debit card online or by phone. You can also pay by cheque. Full details are given on the submission form.

*The photographic and board service applies to the London - M25 area. Outside this region we can scan photographs sent to us or add pictures e-mailed to us, free of charge.
